Working on the Memorandum for Claimant...
The Problem was unveiled on October 7, 2011. Since then the Mooties of the Lucerne Willem C. Vis Moot Team have been busy working on their first memorandum. Between piles of books they discuss arguments, rephrase sentences and restructure paragraphs to make the Memorandum for Claimant as convincing as possible.
