Finally, the pleading phase begins!
The Mooties of the Lucerne Willem C. Vis Moot Team have submitted their second brief, the Memorandum for Respondent. They worked hard and made great improvement during the last few weeks of the writing phase and they made their coaches proud.
We are now looking forward to the second phase of the Vienna Moot experience - the pleading phase. Numerous testruns against other Swiss teams in the most experienced law firms in the fields of arbitration and international trade law are scheduled. The Mooties' preparation of their oral performances is intensified by attending different Premoots, such as the Berlin Premoot and the Stockholm Premoot. Additionally, we are glad to be hosting the Swiss Day on March 24 in Lucerne.
